Workout!!!!

Experimenting a bit With my workout today. Just adding some New exercises to my strenght training. mostly i just changed some of the angles witch i normaly do....come back to how i workout later...but just changing a bit in how you do Your exercises can deeply change Your outcome.

i have also walked today...i enjoy really walking espesially in Nice weather:) walking is really good and most People can do it. just mention:)
