Today i was analysing a workout. Its the triceps kickback. I have seen this done With both arms at the same time, but i must recomand to use only one arm at the time (like on the illustration) to maintain a good performance. It will also be easier to use heavier Wight. Use only weights you are secure you can handle, and be sure you can maintain a good form. If you feel pain or get discomortable stop the exercice.
