All around body workout for short time, but with all bodyparts inkluded.
Start With deadlifts with dumbbells and then squats with dumbbells. Performing the deadlift With dumbbells is a great way to learn the movement and perfect your form. it will work on your muscels in your back, espacially lower back, your core and your legs. Squat exercises work your entire lower body, including the muscles of your buttocks, hips and thighs. It will also work your core.
Then we does the shoulders. Start with press abowe your head With dumbbells.
Then flies to the side.
Use as light weights you need.
Then we do push ups. We start with doing them on toes. If you struggle With doing them like this, start doing them on your knees and do so for a few weeks. You will then develop the strenght to do them on Your toes if you keep up the workout. Push ups work your triceps (backside of your uper arm), front of shoulder, chest muscles and core.
this easy exerciceprogram is enough to keep you in shape and dont take long time to perform. i recomand u to do 2 sets of each if you are new to working out, and three sets if you train on a regular bases. from 6-15 reps on each exercise.
